Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund (Refund kab mil sakta hai?)

Hum sirf darj-zail suraton mein refund process karte hain:

  • Out of Stock: Agar aap ne kisi product ke liye advance payment kar di hai aur wo product stock mein khatam ho jaye aur hum aapko koi mutabadil (alternative) na de saken.

  • Non-Delivery: Agar kisi technical wajah se aapka order hum ship na kar saken.

  • Damaged Product: Agar aapko kharab product mila ho aur hamare paas exchange ke liye naya piece majood na ho.

2. Non-Refundable Items (Jo wapas nahi honge)

  • Change of Mind: Sirf pasand na aane ki wajah se refund nahi diya jayega.

  • Used Items: Istemaal shuda ya tooti hui jewellery (jo customer ki ghalti se ho) refund ke kabil nahi hogi.

  • Sale Items: Discount ya sale par khareedi gayi jewellery wapas ya refund nahi hogi.

  • Customized Jewelry: Jo designs khaas aapke liye banwaye gaye hon, unka refund nahi milega.

3. Refund Process (Tariqa-e-Kaar)

Agar aap refund ke liye eligible hain, to ye tariqa apnaya jayega:

  • Pehle hamari team product ka muaina (inspection) karegi.

  • Refund approve hone ke baad, aapki raqam 7 working days ke andar aap tak pohanch jayegi.

  • Raqam aapke bataye gaye Bank Account, JazzCash, ya EasyPaisa mein muntaqil (transfer) ki jayegi.

4. Shipping Costs

Refund ki surat mein sirf product ki keemat wapas ki jayegi. Delivery charges (Shipping fees) refund ka hissa nahi hote. Agar aap ne product wapas bhejna hai, to uske delivery charges customer ko khud ada karne honge.
